London Cool Sponsor Crawley Town Football Club


London Cool Limited has this Football season decided to once again sponsor Crawley Town Football Club. What a success Crawley Town have been over the past couple of seasons, 2010/2011 season Crawley Town were promoted from the Blue Square Premier League into Npower League 2, then again, last season they were promoted to Npower League 1 and have already kicked off the 2012/2013 season with a great start beating Scunthorpe United 3-0 at their home ground, the Broadfield Stadium on Saturday 18th August. This was great for London Cool as we were the match day sponsors, we took along some of our local air conditioning customers for a corporate day, including a pitch presentation of a signed shirt and we also had the privilege of announcing the man of the match being Hope Akpan.

If you have seen our advertisement board at the club but are unsure of who we are here as an idea, London Cool provide air conditioning, heating and climate control solutions including fixed air conditioning and service and maintenance throughout the UK, via City Cool and Midland Cool and have been doing so since 1994.

With our head office based in Crawley, near Gatwick, we wanted to get involved with marketing ourselves locally by sponsoring our local football but at every football game there are also away fans, you never know who they might be or who they might work for (we might even see our advertising board on the TV this season!). Not many people realise that nowadays fixed air conditioning systems come inclusive of a heat pump, suitable for all year climate control. Having them installed into residential buildings or commercial buildings are so much cheaper to run compared to central heating. Despite the not so great weather with the exception of a few weeks where we have had a bit of sun, we have had a good summer hiring portable air conditioner units, portable warehouse and industrial fans and portable coolers for all the main events in London including Wimbledon the spectacular Olympics and the forthcoming Paralympics. We are very much looking forward to upcoming events for the autumn and winter.
